global pass double charging

I have been repeatedly charged twice in the same day for global pass. the second charge usually shows up about 3 hours after the first. I have spoken to customer service and had the charges reversed (for credit to my account.) But then the next day, the same double charges happen again. I am in France and have not left the country. sometimes the second charge comes through when I haven't even left the same building. I do not want to spend an hour on the phone with customer service/chat every time this happens. Anyone else having this problem?

Are you still having this problem?  It definitely sounds like a "bug" on Visible's end.

While I'm a volunteer, I do have a way to reach out to Visible, which I am doing for you.  Hopefully they can get to the bottom of this.

Thanks, Ryan. Still having this problem. The charges are a bit more spread out now--maybe every 12 hours or so I get a new charge. But it's kind of ridiculous. 

Hi @elf2 - Have you heard from anyone at Visible?  Hopefully they were able to help you resolve the issue because being billed every 12 hours when the global pass is supposed to last 24 hours is quite bizarre, to say the least.

I just returned from 12 day trip to Germany and Ireland and had the exact same problem. I spent an hour on chat and got nothing fixed. Is there anything I can do other than challenge the charges on my credit card?
