Global pass works, it's just expensive. Keep in mind it's $10 a day. It doesn't seem like much, but it adds up quickly. 30 days is $300. It would probably be better to get a prepaid SIM that you can use in those areas. Just keep in mind that they will likely have a charge for texting US numbers. You can use Wifi calling on Visible, but technically not sms or mms. Sms has worked for me over wifi only, mms is a no go though.
