Using a WiFI connection on the new phone:
- Download the Visible app on your new phone.
- Open the app, sign in, and check compatibility.
- Go to Account > Devices > Switching to eSIM is SIMple.
- Choose "A new phone".
- Follow on-screen instructions.
- Name the line, choose default lines, and/or toggle on eSIM (if prompted).
- Return to the Visible app and check your service.
- Alternatively, open the Visible app, tap checkboxes in the checklist, and select "Go to activation".
- Follow on-screen instructions to activate your eSIM.
- Tap "Done" when the screen shows "Cellular Setup Complete".
- Wait for a "connecting to our network" message.
If that fails, you need to contact customer care. This is simply a customer to customer support forum.
