Receiving international calls

Is it possibile to receive phone calls (no data calls) from a country outside USA (no Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island), like a country in Europe? If it is possible, is it free?

Yes  you can receive the international calls but their carrier will charge for the call.

@bpositive: Would I be charged for receiving a call from Europe on my Visible+ or do you mean the carrier will bill the caller and for me such call is totally free?

The caller will be billed, not you.
