15 day trial

Tried to sign up for 15 day trial on Visible. It said the login "information you entered does not match what we have on file." I tried to reset the password but never received the email.  My User Name is tstive but it asks for email which doesn't make sense. The emails I have received say I am a registered community member. I signed out and signed in using my user name and password. Circular madness at this point. Please advise

If you signed up for an account here it does not cross over to visible.com. The community forums here is a totally different website. You need to create an account at www.visible.com and it can be the same email address as you used here, even the same password if you so desire. Visible accounts do not use user names just your email address.
