2 part authentication

2 part authentication does not work. Cannot log in to my account to pay bill. And because I cannot log in I have no access to online help so they can disable the multi factor authentication. This has happened before by the way since they added this, which was a ridiculous thing to do since their authentication email has never worked for me. How do I get in touch with them?

You can chat with Visible without logging in to your account. Ask for a live agent and exlplain the issue. They can verify your identity thru email.
