If you are using an eSIM, you will first want to log in to Visible using your computer (if possible) as you will receive a text message on your wife's phone to authorize yourself. Be sure to check the trust device checkbox. Also, on your phone, install the Visible app and log in to it (you will get another text to your wife's phone to validate that as well). Once you have done the aforementioned steps, go into her phone under Settings -> Cellular and delete the eSIM corresponding to your number.
Now you will go back on your phone and delete the eSIM if you have one still. Then you will need to go back into your Visible app and configure your phone for eSIM where it will download the card to your phone. If you need help, you can use your laptop to open a chat with Visible Support and they would be able to help you further.
