I ordered an new iPhone. I want to port my number from Verizon to the new iPhone on Visible when it arrives. Do I need to activate the new iPhone on Verizon prior to becoming a member on Visible or can I signup on Visible, select 'bring my number' and activate the new iPhone that has never been on Verizon to start the number porting process? I am concerned that activating a new phone on Verizon and immediately porting the number will be a red flag and stop the process of porting. Thanks for any guidance.
