I use grapheneOS and won't use google play services, so the visible app doesn't work. I need to talk to somebody over the phone to activate my plan. I already read this and know that it can work. How do I get in contact with visible?

Visible does not have a phone based customer service. To get in touch with CS go to www.visible.com and click on the help tab and click the little blue box in the bottom right and that open a chat box. Answer some questions with the chatbot and once you get a text box type agent and it should ask if you want to talk to a live agent. You will be put into a que and wait for your turn. You can also message them on one of their social media platforms which are Facebook, X, Instagram or their support page on Reddit. If social media is out of the question that only leaves chat. CS may do a call back but likely only if you are a customer having issues, you can't call them.
Also, the system was upgraded in the fall of 2022 after that post was made. The CS service rep have less knowledgeable in that time and I highly doubt you will find one to activate outside of the app. If you can't install the app or need CS by phone you may want to look elsewhere for service.
