Activation Issue

When my daughter attempts to activate her sim it tells her "We are unable to process your order"

The payment info is correct and we the sim is in correctly.

This is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. If you are having issues activating service you need to contact customer by chat or message them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and on their support page on Reddit.
