Activation fee

Friend used my activation fee and was charged $25 and was told it was an activation fee. Has anyone else been charged an activation fee?

I got my service about 3 months ago and did not have an activation fee.

No activation fee here either, as I recall. Maybe it's new. But if still promoting "Refer a Friend and each will get first month for $5," then it seems as though there should be no additional fee. Have you contacted Visible directly? I would just contact them through Chat.

Thanks it turned out not to be an activation fee but 1st month of service. Did not put my referral code in at checkout page
