I think you have up to 30 days to activate before the SIM card becomes inactive or unusable. I read this somewhere so I could be wrong, to confirm it might be wise to contact customer service on chat, Facebook, X or Instagram and ask.
To get by the bot on chat type agent or live agent, you may need to do this more than once will get you a real person. If contacting on social media platforms those are real agent and no bots although it may seem like it.
