Hi I am a new member of visible (Dec 16, 2024). I need to pay my first billing payment so it will not lapse and lose the promo that I got. But Unfortunately, when I signed in the first time, I did not know I have to include payment option. So now, I am having a hard time how to pay my bill.

If you joined and your billing due date is the 16th of each month the earliest you can make a payment is 7 days before which you likely won't see the payment button until the 9th of the month.
You likely have a form of payment added to your account, I would suggest you turn on autopay and it will draw payment the evening before your due date, for me it is around 10pm central time the day before mine is due.

Also, I decided I want the $395.00 annual payment for visible + plus because when I joined I actually click the $30monthly promo payment for 25 months. But looking at my account, I am am considered for the $25/monthly which was basic in which I never want at all.
How can I be in the $395.00 annual? How can I do it?

I have used autopay since I started 3 1/2 years ago so I don't know how the pay button works. I know I read somewhere on Visible's website that you can only pay within 6 or 7 days of your due date.
If you are on a promo for the Visible plus plan you would be better off sticking with that for 25 months and then going annual when that ends if you are still here. The annual payment does not take into account or add any promo prices. In order to keep the promo you would need to stay on the monthly payment plan. You can not pay more than one month at a time. The annual payment plan does not include any promos you have, it is just a discount for paying for 12 months. If you switch to annual you would lose the promo you have now. The annual payment plan works out to just shy of $33 a month so the SWITCH25 discount you have now is actually a better deal. Also, I just want to point out that if you switch to annual and you decide you want to leave Visible in a month or two you will be out the remainder of your unused months. Since Visible is a prepaid service they have a no refund policy. If you decide you want to switch to annual I am not sure about the procedure but there should be an option to do so in the app or online.
Not quite understanding about the basic, if you mean the base plan or Visible plan, yes they offer two plans. But you said it doesn't interest you, just ignore it and stick to the plus plan.
