I get this error message when trying to sign up for visible on the visible app "Your request couldn't be completed at this time. Please try again later".
I have tried to get help for this from the chat and they even called me once. For two days I've tried to get the app to work with no luck. We have tried everything possible on our end. But now help from Visible. The last chat wanted a screen shot - which I don't know how to do on a phone - or they wouldn't escalate it. The only thing it would show them is the error message in title.
They really don't want me to sign up apparently.

visible is blocking our dang IP address. Only solution to log in is with a VPN.
