App sign in issues

Hi,

 

I started using Visible over a year ago. The service fully works on my iPhone 13 and I am able to login to my Visible account on my computer. 

Since then I haven't been able to access to app. Whenever I login I get an error page saying:

“We’re having trouble with your request right now, but we’ll continue working on it and shoot you an email once your eSIM’s ready to download. If you need immediate assistance, please chat with care.”

Again, Visible fully works on my phone. 

I've contacted support and have had hours long conversations trying to fix this, and at one point while it did escalate to advanced support, when I got an email to them they got my problem completely wrong and it didn't work. I reengaged with support and they promised a response but I might as well try the community.

Is there any way to fix this?

Only thing I could suggest if you haven't tried it already to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
