Apply promo after sign up

Please help, I signed up on August 7,2025 but I forgot to apply the promo 6OFF25, how can I apply it

Using Chat,  choose Something else when prompted with "How can we help you today?"

Type Agent when asked "What would you like to chat about?"

Then choose None of these options when the AI bot, Connai, asks.

Then choose Agent assistance... and wait

Since you just signed up contact customer service and explain that you forgot to apply it. Hopefully you get the kind agent that will do this, some will apply it after and some will deny it.

It seems impossible to actually speak to a human on visible to fix my issue

If you don't want to wait in line on the queue there is a faster way. If you use Facebook, Instagram or X send them a message and they will send you a link to a secure direct chat no waiting in line. You can also message them on Reddit on their support page but I don't think that is no longer functioning since Reddit changed to chat and dumped the message system on the new Reddit, it might still work on old Reddit, version 1.
