BROKEN PIXEL 8 SENT, VISIBLE WONT REPLACE!

I have had the worst experience with visible of any cell phone service in my life. I was sent a broken pixel 8. it came with dead pixels on the front around the front camera, the phone will not stop freezing, I have to restart it 15 times a day. I had to be with customer service for 4 hours the first day because they sent my e sim to a different phone. I WANT A REPLACEMENT SENT ASAP, THIS COST 740 FOR A BROKEN PHONE, I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY FOR A SECOND PHONE. I ALREADY CANCELLED MY OLD SERVICE, I CAN NOT AFFORD TO WAIT TO SEND IN THIS BROKEN PHONE FOR A MONTH. I NEED A WORKING PHONE THAT I PAID FOR, NOW!
