I placed my order for e-SIM 2 weeks ago because the site said it could be activated in as little as 15 minutes. I contacted support after a few hours and was told to wait 72 hours. I've contacted chat 3 times since and they always say "keep waiting". When I log in on the website or App, I get the message "Uh oh. Something went wrong..." or something like that. I can't keep waiting and just want my phone to have service so I want to go somewhere else. The last person I talked to on chat said they couldn't delete my order but could not give any good reason. I'm afraid to take my phone somewhere else and then have Visible screw it up by finally activating my phone on their network. What do I have to do to get out of this nightmare???

Follow-up - the last person I talked to said they couldn't "legally" delete my order. The person I just talked to was able to do it in minutes... Off to Mint Mobile now.
