Billing Date

It has come to my attention that during my own exploration while attempting to solved this issue for myself, others are also experiencing trouble with changing their billing due date. 

It is very silly to me that there is not an option to quickly and easily change one’s due date from their account or by contacting Visible support. 

the only way, I have come to find, one can change their due date is by making a risky move and letting their service lapse until the desired due date. Unfortunately that would also interrupt one’s serves and that is simply not an option for myself or most anyone these days. 


Visible, please listen to the feedback of your customers and ad this feature to your service. Many companies offer this feature, it makes customers feel safe giving you their money and confident they can pay their bill. Don’t leave us to figure out risky and weird work arounds to do something as simple as changing our billing date to a desired day of the month.

Just so you know this is a customer based forum and I highly doubt anyone from Visible will actually see this. Maybe post this in the Feedback section instead, I am not sure Visible monitors that but there may be a better chance they will.

 

My two cents, this may be possible with a post paid plan but seeing is that Visible is prepaid it is hard to change the date because of this. If you want to a different date then another suggestion would be to port to another carrier on a cheap plan until the date you want your bill to be. The day you activate the plan is the day that becomes your bill due date. Drawbacks to this are, you would need to create a new account with a different email address since you couldn't use the same address again, you would also lose money if you go to another prepaid service since most prepaid have a no refund policy(Visible has this policy so no prorated refund for leaving early). The plus side to this is by coming back to Visible you can apply any promos such as the current SWITCH26 since you would be considered a new customer as you are using a new email address.
