So family member's phone got crushed on construction sight. He wanted to go on Visible and order a replacement. But... he forgot his Visible login info. The web site says use you phone and select forgot password etc. But He can't use the phone, its crushed. He can't use computer to go to Visible web site because it ALSO wants to send a code to the non-functioning phone.
How to you get your login info if you have no phone to receive a code or link on?

Have you tried chatting with visible via the help/chat function. They may have other options available to reset account information above and beyond the self resets.

Worked, thx! He was able to log into chat using his email. After waiting to be connected to a rep he was able to get new phone ordered etc. Thanks!
