Hello, am I able to call international to the Philippines from the USA with visible phone carrier?

It is not on the list of countries for calling the plus plan but it is on the texting list. Try the link below and scroll down and on the plus plan click the list for international calling.

No international calling from USA on Visible base plan for $25/month but there is on Visible+ plan for $45/month. But Philippines is NOT on the list.
