Calls and Texts not coming through.

Hi,

I've been having trouble with receiving calls and texts for a week now. I've had visible for two years and never had this kind of issue. I have an iPhone 13 I've been using since I first got visible, this is the first problem I've experienced. This is frustrating because my job requires me to be on call and answer my phone immediately. Last week multiple people from my job tried getting ahold of me for over an hour and nothing came through at all. Finally I received a text that they have been trying to contact me and calls are going to voicemail. It happened in another situation where someone was trying to call me and it didn't go through either for a couple of days. Finally it happened with my job again where they texted and called me and nothing came in until 30 minutes later. If I can't get this figured out I might lose my job. Anyone had problems like this? I noticed the service bars go from 1-2 bars in my house but some of the texts haven't showed up on my phone at all and I should still be able to receive a call with one bar. I got in contact with someone through chat box but they couldn't help me because I was able to receive their calls and texts.

I’m on iOS 18.6.2 with an iPhone SE 2022

pSIM or eSIM. If it’s an eSIM I had to reload mine about a year ago to fix some issues.
