Can I activate an eSIM while I'm in Mexico

I have an iPhone with an ATT eSIM, and I'm considering adding Visible+. Is it possible to activate the Visible eSIM while I'm in Mexico? (My home is in the US.)

I don't think that is possible. It needs to be done while in the US.

Even though your home is US. You need to activate the SIM on Visible network (which is within the US border)
