I transferred my number to Visible and then COULD NOT activate on my phone. Visible is trying to send me a text message (SMS) that I CANNOT receive as my number is ported to Visible and NOT active on my phone. I have chatted with Visible support TWICE and was promised emails but have NOT received any emails. I am now trying to PORT OUT, and the PORT OUT CODE is supposed to go to SMS or EMAIL, but I have not received either. I have been promised emails from Visible support but have gotten NOTHING in my Inbox or Junk or Spam. HELP!!!
My number is stuck in Visible UNUSABLE since TUESDAY with NO CONTACT form Visible.
