Hello. I have an Apple Watch Series 8 that I bought from visible with lte capabilities. I put this watch on the visible + plan with a welcome discount and I think another discount on my watch coverage. Everything was working fine. I recently upgraded to the visible pro+ plan which includes Apple Watch service. Now when I try to connect/add my Apple Watch to visible in the Watch app, I log into visible and it stay on the loading screen saying
We're pulling up the plan information associated with your __________ Apple Watch.
What is going on? How do I fix this?

I’ve chatted with customer service all they had me do was troubleshoot multiple times. Turns out the internet on my cell phone wasn’t working either. They had mepaired and unpaired the watch, reset network settings, delete and add the eSIM, factory reset, and NOTHING worked. I think the service just sucks. I’ll be looking to switch very soon. Like TODAY.

I'm sorry you couldn't get it working. Visible is reliable for several people in my family who use it. I'm actually thinking of bringing some other lines. I hope you find a service you are happy with. From what I see they have excellent service.

I’ve had visible for a year no issues I’ve actually praised visible. As of recent for no reason it seems I get no internet data when I’m at home. Any where else is fine. It can’t be myhome because this only started happening a few days ago. I’ve done no changes to my house. I see myself going to t-mobile because they offer a satellite service.

one other thing you can do. Chat in one more time. ask to have your case escalated to tear two support. I would love to help you resolve this. That is always my goal when helping anyone.

They’ve been calling me. Next time they call me I’ll ask them to escalate because I’ve done all the troubleshooting MULTIPLE times. They did escalate the issue of my watch not being able to connect to my phone, but they’ve just been calling me trying to run me through the troubleshooting options that I’ve already done multiple times. My watch connects to my phone now but there is the issue of my phone and watch not having internet data while at home. The lady that called me even said (after we did all the troubleshooting) that sometimes it is the phone and that there’s nothing that can be done on their end. I have the newest iPhone. I’m definitely going to shop around for other service providers.

d certainly ask them to call you again and ask if they can push it to tear two. Another idea popped into my brain you said this only happened at home. I wonder if the tower your on is experiencing trouble. Have them check your towers.

Yeah thanks man. They checked the towers they said the service in my area is fair. It’s weird because I work 3 miles from home and drive around the area too and I have no problem getting 5g to my phone with good reception. Only when I’m home I have problems
