Can't enroll in Visible+ plan.

I am trying to enroll in visible+ plan but when I select the plan, the web page just shows the winking and smiling face. Is the site overloaded because so many people are trying to enroll by1/31 deadline?
Edit: Earlier this week I enrolled in visible plan. Today when I log out of my visible acct, I can start the enrollment for visible+ but when it asks me to log into my acct, it empties my cart. So I guess the problem is members can only in enroll in one of these plans with one phone. They can't enroll in two plans with two phones.

You can enroll as many times as you like with a new email address for each account of course. Start over by going to visible.com and if it takes you straight to member sign in click the plans drop down arrow and click on check out our plans, click the plan you want, if you click bring your phone run it through the compatibility checker, if it passes select activate now for eSIM or activate later if you want a pSIM sent. Select your plan again. The very next page you enter your information and a new email address different then the one you already used on your other account, Visible is single line accounts, only one account per email address. I just followed through to this point on the website without actually creating a new account. I assume once you enter your information, email and password it will take you to the checkout.
If you are still having issues with the smiley face winky thing wither try clearing you browsers cache and possibly history and trying again. Or, try a different browser. I rarely use the app so if that is what you are using only thing I can suggest is go to settings, apps, go to the Visible app clear cache and data or just uninstall and reinstall the app.
