I skipped one month of service because I was traveling for six weeks. But now whenever I click "Click here to restart" I get the error message "Looks like there’s been an error. Please contact our Care team so we can get you the assistance you need."
Full message I click: Attention: Your service was cancelled on 11/26/2022. Want to come back? Click here to restart your service.
I'm going back to the US tomorrow! I"d really like to figure out how to fix this. The chat bot isn't helping. Thank you! 😇
