Also, what type of phone are you using? How long have you had your Visible account? Are you using eSIM? Have you tried toggling airplane mode on, waiting 30 seconds, then toggling off? What about rebooting your phone a second time? Are you in a strong service area? Are you on WiFi?
These questions would be very helpful along with any additional information you'd like to share with helping you resolve the issue.
