Cannot Ditch Verizon

I spent at least three hours yesterday trying to sign up for Visible. The hang up each time was my Opt Out PIN generated by Verizon. Visible said the PIN was invalid so I canceled the first one and generated a second. Again, Visible said it wasn't valid. Verizon customer service said it was. Rinse, repeat until I gave up in disgust.

So here I am unable to get past this. I can't tell if the PIN is valid as Verizon said and Visible's evaluation of it is defective or if Verizon is generating a fake PIN so I stay its customer. AFAIK, there is ZERO way for me to contact Visbile's CS so sort this out. Verizon's CS says it's not at fault so here's another PIN which likewise doesn't work.

Since Visible is, AFAIK, Verizon, I'm stuck now wishing to get my *** out of Verizon but nowhere to do. I can return to T-Mob but then I'd pay another 'startup fee of $300 or so. I am desperate to reduce my monthly phone bill. Verizon will so *generously* offer me $10 off ONE line for a year.

How the heck can I sign up for Visible or reach its CS?

I had the same experience, and Visible support resolved it.  Yesterday I text chatted with a visible (human) agent and signed on to Visible with a new number. Then the agent opened a support ticket and overnight they ported my Verizon number to Visible.  Seems to be working.

I had the same problem and resolved it this way:  text chatted with a human agent on Visible. I opened a Visible account with a new phone #, then the agent opened a support ticket. Overnight visible ported my Verizon number to Visible.  Seems to be working.

I'd not have posted here if I could FIND this Visible agent but I could not. As of now, I've decided I can't use VIsible because the app STILL will not move past the fully filled out screen to transfer my phone from Verizon. Instead it continues, now days later, saying something like, "Oops, something went wrong. Try again later." This after having rejected three of Verizon's port out keys.

I STILL have no idea if the rejection of those keys was a Visible error or if Verizon failed to ratify them. I'd EXPECT even novice programmers would error trap this failure and either post a message box with a hint as to how to move on or shunt me to this legendary human that Visible supposedly has.

I have to ask myself what if I have a problem down the line? If I can't find this human now, what then do I do as a customer if I do? In over three years of Verizon and nearly a dozen before then with T-Mob I've never had a problem requiring a human CSR. I'd expect the company would be most eager to assist me signing up but it sure doesn't seem to be.

I have no interest in if a phone company has a store or an in person salesman to fix an issue but I do expect that a company would make signing up the easiest op in its procedures. Seems not so.
