Cannot access support

I signed up, then got an error message that I put in the wrong pin.  I did put in the right pin.  Now it will not let me use the chat function.  I want to cance, but help page comes up blank.  Any other how to cancel the account?  (Phone, email, live human)

If you have activated and paid for the month just let the payment lapse and it will cancel itself. If you need to port out before it lapses you need to contact customer service. They do not have a phone or email address. If you are having issues with chat contact them on their Facebook, X(Twitter), Instagram, or their Reddit support page by messaging them.
