Cannot log into the App, Cant get my account number need human help

I have no information on my account except my phone number where can I get my account number and pin to get out of this mess. I would like to upgrade my account to get a better signal but I cant get in the app. Is there anyone who works in this company who is human who I can talk to. Customer service help me please.

You won't reach customer service in this forum since it is peer to peer.

 

As for getting the information you need, try this or contact Visible customer service by chat or by messaging them on one of their social media sites, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter or on their Reddit page.

 

  • Requesting a Port-Out PIN:
    • Before requesting the Port-Out PIN, make sure Line Lock is toggled to Unlocked.
    • You can request the Port-Out PIN via email through the Visible app or online.
    • Online: Log into your Visible account online and navigate to the Profile section. Tap Port-Out PIN: request via email to request your Port-Out PIN.
    • Visible app: Open the Visible app and navigate to the Account section. Tap Port-Out PIN: request via email to request your Port-Out PIN.
    • The Port-Out PIN can take up to 60 minutes to arrive via email
