Cannot return the new phone

I just received my new phone today, but we need to return it. Open AI assistant, and select Return My Device. It found my order, but does not proceed to give me the option of printing shipping label.
Tried more than ten times. Did not see the option of printing label.
Someone help please?

Try this.To bypass the chatbot the quickest after opening chat go to the bottom and select something else, a box pops up type agent, then select none of these options at the bottom, then click agent assistance at the bottom on the next page, it should put you in queue for a representative.
This might be faster chatting to an agent then trying to get by the chatbot.
