Cannot send group text or single text with attached photo

Cannot send group texts or single text with attached photo. When I had Verizon I could send a text message with up to 3 photos. With Visible I cannot send a text with even 1 photo attached. It just times out.

My wife and I are both on Visible and have same problem.
