Go into your phone settings and make sure mobile data is turned on. When I upgraded for the old Visible unlimited plan to the new basic plan I couldn't get data either and didn't realize when I removed the old card and activated the new that it toggles the mobile data button off. As for picture text not sure how to help there, maybe try doing a Google search as it might be a setting on your phone that needs to be changed.

Yeah there is a major issue with the upgrade and they're obviously lost with how to fix it and are lying to their customers

Is this an Android and can you edit your APN settings?
If so, search this forum for some unofficial APN settings.

After calling the extremely helpful customer service they escalated my ticket and sent me an email letting me know that a simple backup and factory restore would fix the issue. Now I can send and receive MMS picture messages! Yay for visible!!!

Just resolved this issue on my end and wanted to post here so others can try this as well.
Problem: Using android, Samsung S10+. After switching carriers to Visible, MMS messages no longer were being sent or received. They would show up as downloads but when attempting to download them, I would get an "Error: Network Error Occurred" (or something close to that).
Solution (which worked for me): I had to do a "Reset Network Settings" from the android settings app and power cycle. I now get to put all my wifi passwords back into my phone... but MMS works again 🙂
Maybe not the best option as a first choice, but if nothing else (like turning on wireless data) works, this fixed it for me and may do the same for you.
Happy hunting!

I had a similar issue. I am on android (Samsung S10+) and tried everything I could find online. Was in touch with visible tech support and we ultimately resolved it by resetting the network settings (Search for "Reset Network Settings" in the settings app). This worked but now I get to re-enter and re-connect to all my wifi and bluetooth networks and devices.
This fix would not be my first choice, but if all else fails, it worked for me and may be the solution to someone else out there.
Happy hunting!
