We have been trying to get our new phone carrier to move from Lively to Visible. e-SIM didn't work. New SIM card has arrived and we really need a real person to help us make it work.

Just an FYI, this is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. When on chat type agent or live agent, do this multiple times if needed. You can also contact customer service by messaging them on Facebook, X, Instagram, or find there support page on Reddit and message them there.
