I am trying to help my family switching to Visible. But "something went wrong" keeps popping up when I help them log in. I tried to use different browsers and under the incognito model, clear cookies. The problem persists. I am wondering if anyone has run into the issue recently?
I am trying to help my wife and sister each get on a Visible plan and also get the "Something when wrong" message after selecting the plan. They both want to swap their existing phones to compatible ones (the Visible Midnight). Any solutions?
