Ive been trying to pay my bill for the past 2 days. The site and app can not process my request. Its been 2 days now and my service will soon be off. What can I do to fix this problem? I need my phone service for work..

Also, if it is more then 7 days before your bill is due you won't be able to pay. If you have a form of payment on file I would suggest turning on autopay.
