Good morning. My first time as part of the community. Forgive me if this is a question that's been answered already. I see similar questions relating to this back in 2024.
This morning I received an email with subject "Changes made to your Visible Account." Basically, it says Trusted Device(s) Removed. I've made no changes to my account in years, so curious as to why I'd receive this email. Anything to be concerned about, or just ignore? I tried to reach a live person via the 'chat,' but no luck. ๐ Thank you all for your time.

If you've ever added a trusted device, it can automatically be removed for any of the following reasons:
Unfortunately, unless you monitor your trusted devices regularly, it's almost impossible to tell whether the trusted device removal is legitimate since the Visible process does appear a bit buggy. There are some other reasons for removal incluing updating your browser - it typically changes the signature of the "device" however the cookies used to implement this feature are carried forward to the new browser version. Often you'll see, that older versions of the browser "trusted device" remain available for a while but eventually are removed automatically. I go through on a regular basis and remove unused trusted devices that have gone inactive due to signature changes due to updates.
Best thing to do is review your trusted devices under your privacy and security settings to see if anything out of the ordinary is showing up and remove anything unrecognized. Would be nice if Visible informed which device was being removed.
If really concerned, you might want to enable line lock under your privacy and security settings.

Nothing to be concerned about. I had the system remove both my laptop and the app on my phone in the last week and both I check a couple times a month. When I signed into my laptop last week it even told me that 2FA was lifted for 24 hours so I could access my account, when I signed in it activated 2FA again. Seems like Visible gets a bug now and then that messes with this.
