Changing my address

I just set up an account with Visible and noticed that my shipping and billing address are incorrect. But it’s not let me change them

Hi chuck. Just reach out to customer support via the chat function in the app (click on the ?). They will help you get this straightened out. Visible customer support has been outstanding, and I have only been a Visible customer for a week! They are the best, and want to make sure that customers are happy.
