Hello, how are you?
Are Samsung Galaxy s25 (unlocked) phones compatible with Visible? Or can anyone confirm they have one and it works with Visible?
I've been getting conflicting information online and from Visible, but since I don't have the IMEI yet I figured I'd ask here before buying it and rolling the dice!

If they received the list of IMEI numbers from Samsung then it should work. They have been out for two weeks now so I would think they have them in the database by now.
If you have an account with Visible already and have a physical SIM it is as simple as moving it to the new phone and it will work whether it passes the IMEI checker or not. I did this last year when I bought an S24 but it was in the middle of the year. I also checked and it did pass the IMEI checker after I moved the card from my old phone. I have also read that if you run the IMEI number through Verizon's IMEI checker it will update Visible database. I can't say if it actually works or not.

Just purchased 16e from apple to use with my visible account. The AI telling me that it is not compatible with visible. Even rejects Imei # . Visible is selling 16e online what gives?
