How is it showing compatible before you enter your IMEI number? I know the IMEI database is somewhat messed up but if you type in IMEI number one and it shows not compatible there isn't much you can do to get it to pass the IMEI checker. Some have said to run the IMEI number through the Verizon BYOD section and see if it populates the Visibl e database.
It used to be if it gave you the option to select iOS or Android you could select iOS, then select iPhone 12 it wouldn't ask for an IMEI number, then you could have a pSIM sent to you. Doing it this way negates the systems and if you have any issues with service customer service can deny helping you since you are using a non compatible device. I also just looked at the website and this doesn't seem to be an option anymore. It looks like you type in the main IMEI number or number one, if it passes you select eSIM or pSIM. In your case if you select eSIM and it is showing not compatible you may need to have a pSIM shipped to you. Depending on the plan will determine how it is shipped, base plan ships by USPS and can take a week, plus and pro is shipped 2 business day.
