If the bands are supported, you could likely activate a physical SIM with another known working phone (use that IMEI), get it activated, and then physically move your SIM card over to the Ikko Mind One (since it has a physical SIM card slot).
The only questionable part would be features such as Visual Voicemail as that might not work. I would expect calling, texting, and data to work, though.
