You can't. Compatibility is based on IMEI number.
Motorola it won't pass, has to be bought from Visible, most new models will work just won't pass. Not sure about Samsung but think it is hit or miss. iPhones less than 6 years old will pass and same with most Pixel 6a, 7, 7a and 7 Pro models. They have to be unlocked.
