Contacting Chat

My phone is stuck in SOS, tried to login to contact chat but I cant because something comes up to secure my account and they want to text me a code which I can not get.  Is there any ways around this or is there an email I can contact to get this resolved?  Super annoying.

Visible has no email to contact them by. On your sign in page in the bottom righthand corner is a blue box, click on it to get chat. You don't need to be signed in.
