Current member with visible phone: wanting to upgrade phones

I am trying to buy the iPhone 14 pro and I am unable to put it in my cart because it takes me to a screen that says, “uh oh, you already have a device order in your account and cannot place another device order”. How do I great around this?

I had this very same issue. Only option you have is to get a hold of customer service and have them fix the issue. I recommend Facebook messenger since it worked a month ago for me as fast as chat or Twitter. Good luck!

I'm having the same issue with the bonus of allowing me to complete orders that then get stuck in limbo. Seems to me you cannot get a new phone through them.
