I am trying to buy the iPhone 14 pro and I am unable to put it in my cart because it takes me to a screen that says, “uh oh, you already have a device order in your account and cannot place another device order”. How do I great around this?

I had this very same issue. Only option you have is to get a hold of customer service and have them fix the issue. I recommend Facebook messenger since it worked a month ago for me as fast as chat or Twitter. Good luck!
