Data doesn’t work

My visible service is beyond terrible. It won’t stream. It won’t load the visible app nor will a att or t mobile device load the app. What is going on.

Try doing a network reset then reboot your phone. Let me know if that works.

Well,  what do you mean by ATT and T-Mobile device? ATT and T-Mobile locked devices will not work with Visible. You should get unlocked mobile to work with Visible or buy a device with Visible.

 

If you were using unlocked device, then contact Visible customer service to re-provision your SIM card. Hope it is a physical SIM. Because i haven't used e-SIM.

 

Try re-installing the app after re-provision.
