Data not working on Galaxy S10E

I have tried over and over to resolve this issue can anyone help me. Phone and text work but data will not have factory reset. did not help.

I think you need to change the APN settings.

I jotted down this note 5 months ago, but you might want to do a search for updated settings if this doesn’t work. Good luck

APN: vzwinternet
MMS port: 80
MMSC: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
MCC: 311
MNC: 480
Apn protocol: iPv4/iPv6
Apn roaming protocol: iPv4/iPv6
APN type: default,supl,mms
Leave all other fields blank, and save this configuration.

Restart the phone

Not sure if the new plans allow but I am still on the old plan and the APN settings are locked on my phone, but it's a Motorola. Not sure if it would be any different on other android phone or not. Might be different with a new SIM on one of the new plans.
