Some people are experiencing data outages at midnight on the day the day their plan renews. I hadn't experienced this in previous monthly renewals but something is off this month with both my and my wife's phones, on separate days, losing data after our plans renewed. I don't know what to do to restore it other than waiting several hours. Mine took over 9 hours to restore. My wife is on hour 8 and we are still waiting for data to be restored. The online chatbot is worthless. Has anyone else had this happen and have a quick fix? We can't have a data outage every time our plan renews!!!

What plan are you on? We're both on the legacy 2 plan.

I seem to have managed to fix it. I fully removed the visible eSIM from my device and went through the app on wifi to re add it.

I currently don't have data. This has happened before. Today, it's one day after my bill was paid. Makes sense based upon what you have asserted. Thanks for the heads up. Wish there was a remedy.
