Data outage after service renews

Some people are experiencing data outages at midnight on the day the day their plan renews.  I hadn't experienced this in previous monthly renewals but something is off this month with both my and my wife's phones, on separate days, losing data after our plans renewed.  I don't know what to do to restore it other than waiting several hours.  Mine took over 9 hours to restore.  My wife is on hour 8 and we are still waiting for data to be restored.  The online chatbot is worthless.  Has anyone else had this happen and have a quick fix?  We can't have a data outage every time our plan renews!!!

Happened to me as well. No solution yet.

What plan are you on?  We're both on the legacy 2 plan.

I'm on legacy 1

I seem to have managed to fix it. I fully removed the visible eSIM from my device and went through the app on wifi to re add it.

This worked for me! Thank you!
