Downgraded phones! now i have mobile data only, can't make/receive calls or send/receive sms. HELP

Hi there, so i previously use samsung s22ultra and physical sim. No issues, stable 5G and all that.

I decided to downgrade for a while for personal reasons.

Now i use samsung s9.

I put the same sim card and i get only mobile data service. I can't make or receive calls, can't send or receive sms. I get the 4G icon and I'm able to use mobile data but the network bar is missing, just showing the circle icon (with a slash inside) like its unavailabe.

When i dial any number, it just shows -mobile network not available-

I have had a chat with support and we've done almost everything todo but still can't solve problem.

Pls help, i decided to try simcard on other samsung phones; zfold 4, s10, s22u and all work great but when I put inside my s9 or s8, I get mobile data only.

Just a thought, check to see if there's a VoLTE setting available and verify it is enabled - used to be under settings, connections, mobile networks as I recall. I believe later models do it through carrier provisioning so the setting isn't available there.

Thanks a lot. Yes there's a Volte toggle under settings and it's always set to ON but hasn't solved problem
